Product Description

 

Electrofused brick manufacturing process is the selected zircon sand and industrial alumina powder according to 1:1 with, plus a small amount of NaZO (in the form of sodium carbonate to join), B2O (in the form of boric acid or borax to join) flux, mixing uniformly, by 1900 ~ 2000 ºC melting casting moulding can be produced containing zrO233% of fused casting bricks. On this basis, the use of part of the desilicon zircon sand as raw materials, can be produced containing ZrO2 36% ~ 41% of the fused cast brick.
